Oil painting - art and alchemy in one.
I first learned about its secrets and fell in love with its beauty thanks to the painter Martin Šrámek. He patiently taught me all of the basics. Before that I had no idea that I should start painting from the background first, or that each paint has a different drying time and transparency levels.
How are the paintings created?
Slowly… but with lightness and pleasure. Especially when I’m painting for somebody, then the shared happiness multiplies.
